Please send us your Rx and upload your X-ray certificate for us to process the inspection.
The inspection cannot be performed without this information.
If you prefer to have your own EPE inspection, you will not need to provide this information and we will ship your unit out within 1 business day.
2. Hyperlight X-ray Handheld Units are not yet approved for sale or use in the following states listed below.
Therefore, orders from these states will be automatically canceled:
