The J3-SU high speed dental hand-piece uses a push-button bur and standard head.

Features of J3-SU dental handpiece
1. Constant pressure device inside prolongs the lifetime of handpiece.
It is equipped with an interior constant pressure device inside which effectively prevents damage caused by excessive air pressure during operation. When the air pressure exceeds 0.35MPa, the device will automatically limit the maximum pressure to 0.35MPa. This prevents damage to the bearings caused by an unstable air pressure, and thus, prolongs the handpiece service life.
2. Fast stop system ensures the safety of patients.
Most handpieces keep an inertial rotation for 3-4s after closing air pressure. Users should ensure the handpiece has stopped completely before removing it from the patient’s mouth. The J3-SU can stop within 2 seconds after cutting off the air pressure, which shortens the waiting time for the hand piece to stop operation, thus preventing any damage.
3. Low noise improves treatment efficiency.
Traditionally, handpiece noise in competitor products has been at more than 70dB, which leads to an uncomfortable treatment environment and treatment effect. To solve that issue, the J3-Su dental handpiece features noise levels of less than 60dB in order to ensure a comfortable treatment environment and safe treatment effect.
4. JINME independently researched and developed ‘auto-chuck push button spindle’
(Patent number: CN203263556U)
A precise miniature spring is equipped inside the spindle and with the high speed hand piece rotation, it exerts a pre-tightening force on the chuck to ensure that the bur is as tight as possible, thus ensuring it remains securely attached.
After over 20,000 continuous pressing tests, the holding ability of handpiece spindle only decreases by 2%. The lifetime can be more than 3 years.
5. Zero suction system prevents dust and impurities into handpiece.
The use of anti-suction system can prevent the suction of blood, virus and skin particles caused by the negative pressure produced when handpiece stops operating, thus preventing any risk of cross infection. This also better protects the dental cartridge against damage caused by foreign materials, largely improving the service life of the handpiece.
