ACCESS
From Anterior Teeth to Posterior Molars
Traditional retractors often leave soft tissue in the working area, limiting visibility and making it difficult to reach critical areas of the mouth.
ISORETRACT provides more complete soft-tissue control. The tongue housing’s occlusal bars gently guide the buccal mucosa away from the teeth, creating a clearer and more accessible working field without placing unnecessary pressure on sensitive tissue.
The curved cheek retractors expose the anterior teeth while maintaining access along the full arch. This extended retraction provides visibility beyond the premolars and into the posterior region, making the first and second molars, including the 12-year molars, easier to reach.

ISOLATION
Across the Entire Working Field
Reliable isolation requires more than removing fluid from one area. ISORETRACT integrates multiple suction channels directly into the tongue housing, providing continuous fluid management throughout the mouth without loose internal tubes that can bend, pinch, or interrupt suction.
Strategically positioned suction ports evacuate fluid from the sublingual, buccal, posterior, and occlusal areas. The occlusal bars give patients a comfortable place to gently rest their teeth while built-in channels remove fluid around the occlusal surfaces of the upper and lower teeth.
Above the tongue, an additional channel promotes gentle airflow through the mouth. This continuous air movement supports faster moisture evaporation, helping keep the teeth drier and the working field clearer throughout treatment.
